Building Tomorrow Together

From the start, my focus has been clear: fostering genuine engagement and empowering members. These efforts have enabled us to negotiate strong collective agreements that prioritize the needs of all members. When I was first elected, I outlined these goals, and together we’ve worked tirelessly to bring them to life.

Building on this foundation is essential. The progress of the past four years must not be taken for granted—thriving at the bargaining table requires all 30,000+ members united and moving forward together.

Looking ahead, embracing technology is key to strengthening our union further. By enhancing communication platforms and equipping local presidents with MGEU email addresses, we’ve begun breaking down barriers to participation. These initial steps are crucial, but we must continue removing obstacles to foster deeper engagement and connection.

While we’ve made significant progress in member engagement, there’s still more to achieve. Together, we will keep innovating, empowering, and uniting to ensure the MGEU remains a strong and unwavering voice for all members.
